Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY/REFUND POLICY 1. Cancellation Policy; I understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. If an appointment is not canceled atleast 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a non-refundable 50% fee of your scheduled service. A complimentary text and email are sent out 72 hours in advance for ample time to accommodate this policy. 2. Scheduled Appointments; I understand that delays can happen however, I must keep the other clients on time. If you are 10 minutes past your scheduled time, we will have to reschedule/cancel the appointment, which will require a 50% of the scheduled serive fee. 3. No-Show Policy; If you miss an appointment without 24 hours notice, I reserve the right to charge 50% of your scheduled appointment. Please understand that I schedule special time for you and without 24 hour notice, I cannot fill the spot you have reserved for your services. A complimentary text and email are sent out 72 hours in advance for ample time to accommodate this policy. 4. Card on File; I require a credit/debit card on file for the protection of my business, time, and to streamline the checkout and payment process for your services. 5. You have a week to pay your 50% cancellation fee, if you have not paid you will be banned from booking further appointments. 6. NO REFUNDS after 24 hours of your appointment. You will be offered to come in within the next 24 hours and let us take a look to see what we can do to satisfy you.
